This 100% Cabernet Franc showcases black fruit such as wild cherries and black currant and pairs it with a pepperiness. The moutfeel is concentrated but not heavy with a long and multi-faceted finish. Grilled or braised beef, lamb cutlets would be a perfect pairing for this wine.
